About the role The Accounts Executive keeps the books accurate, reconciled and GST-ready every month.

Duties

Daily voucher entry in TallyPrime: sales, purchase, expenses, journals.

Monthly bank reconciliation for all Company accounts.

Marketplace settlement reconciliation for every online sales channel.

GST data across state registrations: sales register, GSTR-1 / 3B inputs, ITC match with 2B.

Credit / debit notes, vendor ledgers and payment follow-up.

Requirements The required skills are: TallyPrime, GST returns, Excel — XLOOKUP, pivots, Bookkeeping.





The experience required is 2 to 5 years.

The education required is B.Com / M.Com.

Pay, hours and benefits The salary is Rs 20,000 to 30,000 per month, based on experience.

The job type is Full-time, with 8 working hours per day and one weekly day off.

The benefits include 8 days of paid casual leave per year.

The work location is the company office and warehouses in Kolhapur.
