Key Responsibilities

- Perform day-to-day accounting and financial data entry.

- Enter and maintain purchase, sales, expense, receipt, and payment-related records.

- Maintain accurate records of invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.

- Assist in preparation and verification of invoices and accounting documents.

- Update and maintain accounts-related data in Tally/ERP/software and MS Excel.

- Assist in bank reconciliation and checking of bank transactions.

- Maintain vendor/customer account records and assist with ledger reconciliation.

- Verify bills, invoices, and supporting documents for accuracy.

- Assist the senior accounts team in monthly accounting activities and reports.

- Maintain proper physical and digital filing of accounts documents.

- Coordinate with purchase, sales, stores, HR, and other departments for required financial information.

- Support GST/TDS-related documentation and routine compliance work as required.

- Prepare MIS and Excel reports as assigned.

- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.





- Perform other accounting and data-entry duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Profile

- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

- Good knowledge of Tally/ERP/accounting software.

- Understanding of basic accounting concepts.

- Good data-entry speed and high attention to detail.

- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

- B. Com. or any equivalent course.

- 1-3 years of experience as an Accounts Executive or any similar role

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
