This role is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting and finance activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, financial records, reconciliations, and reporting. The role will involve maintaining accurate financial data, supporting monthly and year-end closing activities, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and ensuring timely completion of accounting processes.

Qualification

- Strong experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bookkeeping, and bank reconciliations.

- Experience in preparing and maintaining Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss (P&L;) statements and supporting financial reporting.

- Experience in handling vendor quotations, invoices, payments, and vendor account reconciliations.

- Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting systems, with experience in Oracle NetSuite preferred.

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data analysis,



and maintaining financial records.

- Experience in monitoring outstanding receivables/payables and following up on pending payments.

- Ability to maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely and proper documentation of financial transactions.

- Good understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and internal controls.

- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments, vendors, and other stakeholders.

- Solid attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple accounting activities independently.

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance, with hands-on experience in day-to-day accounting activities.

- Candidate must have good communication and organizational skills.
