We're hiring at two levels: Account Executives who want to build a strong foundation in international accounting, and Senior Account Executives who'll run their own client portfolio from Day 1.

Our 35+ professionals, including CAs and ACCAs, deliver accounting, financial reporting, FP&A;, and advisory services to international clients.

The Roles

Account Executive (1–3 years): You'll handle day-to-day accounting for international clients, covering bookkeeping, reconciliations, and close support. This builds the technical foundation for a Senior role.

Senior Account Executive (3–5 years): You'll independently manage 1–3 international clients. You'll own their deliverables, deal with clients directly, and guide the junior team members on your accounts. This is not an assistant role.

We'll place you at the right level based on your experience and interview.

What You'll Do

Account Executive

- Bookkeeping, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance for assigned clients
- AP/AR processing and vendor and customer reconciliations
- Bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Month-end and year-end close support under Senior guidance
- Draft financial reports and MIS schedules
- Client communication by email and occasional calls




- Help Seniors with analytics and reporting as you build experience

Senior Account Executive
- Own end-to-end accounting (bookkeeping, JEs, GL, AP/AR, reconciliations) for 1–3 clients
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close independently
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management summaries
- Act as the primary client contact on routine and complex matters, including calls
- Build financial models, cash flow forecasts, and scenario analyses
- Develop dashboards and management reports in Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BI
- Review and guide Account Executives on your accounts

Both levels

- Work on cloud platforms: QuickBooks Online, Xero, NetSuite, Sage, Zoho Books, or Acumatica
- Help find smarter ways to do recurring work, including with the AI tools the team is exploring

What We're Looking For

Both levels

- Bachelor's in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
- Working knowledge of at least one cloud accounting platform, or the ability to learn one quickly
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Clear written and spoken English
- Comfortable with flexible timings for international client calls

- Available to join immediately

Account Executive
- 1–3 years of hands-on accounting experience. International client experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
- M.Com, or pursuing CA/ACCA, is a plus





Senior Account Executive
- 3–5 years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably with international or multi-entity clients
- CA/ACCA preferred. Semi-qualified candidates are considered only if they have no exams pending and no plans to appear for more.
- Exposure to FP&A; work: financial modeling, cash flow forecasting, MIS, or management analytics
- Power BI exposure is a plus
- Curiosity about AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude
- Open to candidates from industry or corporate finance moving into advisory, and to those returning from a career break

What success looks like at 6 months Account Executive: You're independently handling bookkeeping and reconciliations for 1–2 clients, contributing to close, and your Senior trusts your work.

Senior Account Executive: You're running close cycles for 2–3 clients, those clients see you as their primary contact, and you're mentoring the Account Executives on your accounts.

Compensation

- Account Executive: ₹4–7 LPA CTC
- Senior Account Executive: ₹6–10 LPA CTC

Final offer depends on experience and interview performance. Location: Janakpuri, New Delhi (Hybrid, 2 days in office). Remote across India is also acceptable if interview is good.
- Timings: Monday to Friday, flexible, with overlap for international client calls
