Ramoji Foods is a Surat-based food manufacturer with 11+ years of experience. Our brands, SNAPPY Instant Noodles and RESTART Snacks, are sold across Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Madhya Pradesh. What You Will DoDaily Core Work (Compulsory)

- Accounts data entry every day: Record all sales, purchases, receipts, and payments accurately, with no backlog
- Billing: Prepare invoices correctly and on time for every order and dispatch, and share them with the dispatch and sales teams

Sales & Account Work

- Stay in touch with distributors and retailers, and build long-term relationships
- Take orders and make sure they are processed on time
- Follow up on payments and collections
- Track sales numbers and prepare simple weekly and monthly reports
- Work with the stock and dispatch teams so deliveries are on time
- Answer customer queries politely and quickly
- Find new shops, distributors, and areas to grow sales
- Support promotions and schemes in the market

Records & People Coordination

- Keep customer and employee records accurate and up to date
- Current joiners: Collect documents, prepare joining forms,



and give an induction on company rules
- Exits: Handle resignation papers, collect company assets (ID card, SIM, laptop, etc.), coordinate work handover, and complete the exit checklist
- New rules: When management announces a recent rule, share it clearly with all staff, check that everyone follows it, keep a record of who does not, and report this to management on time with facts and dates
- Maintain attendance and leave records

Must Have

- Must be willing to relocate to the factory premises
- Ability to do accurate daily data entry and billing (attention to detail is essential)
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Basic understanding of selling, pricing, and follow-ups
- Friendly, professional, and good with people
- Well-organized, with good time management
- Clear communication in English, Gujarati, and Hindi
- Willing to work in Surat and travel locally when needed
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

Good to Have

- Knowledge of Tally or any accounting software, and basic GST billing
- Experience in FMCG, snacks, or food sales
