Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting activities, billing, invoicing, and related financial documentation. The ideal candidate should have practical accounting experience and be based in or around Gummidipoondi.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and process sales invoices, purchase invoices, bills, and credit/debit notes.
- Manage billing activities and ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
- Record receipts, payments, purchases, sales, and other accounting transactions.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations.
- Assist with GST-related accounting and documentation.
- Verify bills, invoices, and supporting documents before processing.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting records and financial documents.




- Assist in monthly closing and preparation of basic accounting reports.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding billing and payment-related matters.
- Support the senior accounts team with other accounting and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in accounting/accounts-related roles.
- Candidates based in Gummidipoondi or nearby locations will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of billing, invoicing, and day-to-day accounting.
- Familiarity with Tally/ERP/accounting software and MS Excel.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work in any shift as per business requirements.
- Should be comfortable working in a flexible shift environment.

Education B.Com / M.Com / equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance preferred.
