Job Title - Accounts Executive for a reputed company in Retail Industry

***Candidates with Retail experience will be preferred

Experience - 6 to 9 yrs

Job Location - Model Town , Delhi

Salary - upto 6 lpa

Immediate Joiners preferred

No outstation candidate is eligible

Working days and hrs - 6 days ( 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.
- Handle sales and purchase entries, invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform daily bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations.
- Maintain petty cash and monitor cash transactions.
- Verify invoices, bills, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams regarding accounts-related queries.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Assist in monthly closing and preparation of MIS reports.
- Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.
- Support GST, TDS, and other routine compliance-related accounting work.
- Assist auditors and senior management with required financial information.




- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting activities.

Required Skills:

- Positive knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Hands-on experience with Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of sales, purchase, billing, reconciliation, and ledger accounting.
- Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounting tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualification:

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification preferred.

Preferred Candidate

- 4-5 years of experience in accounts, preferably in the retail/FMCG/consumer business.
- Candidates with experience handling high-volume retail transactions will be preferred.
