We are looking for a Accounts Assistant to support our day-to-day accounting and finance activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accounting records, invoice entries, payments, receipts, bank transactions and other routine accounts-related work.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter daily purchase, sales, receipt and payment transactions.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers and other accounting documents.
- Maintain customer and supplier ledgers.
- Verify purchase bills and supporting documents.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable entries.
- Assist in customer payment follow-up and outstanding statements.
- Perform bank entries and bank reconciliation.
- Maintain petty cash and expense records.
- Assist in GST-related accounting and documentation.
- Assist with TDS-related accounting work.
- Prepare and maintain daily/monthly accounting reports.
- Maintain proper filing of bills, vouchers and financial documents.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, banks and other departments when required.




- Support the senior accountant and management in day-to-day accounting activities.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Knowledge of Tally / ERP accounting software.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Good knowledge of purchase and sales entries.
- Knowledge of bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- 1–5 years of experience in Accounts / Finance.
- Experience in a manufacturing, engineering or fabrication company will be an advantage.
