Eligibility: 2024, 2025 & 2026 Graduates (looking for candidates with decent communication)

Employment Type: Internship that will convert to Full-Time (Based on experience)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Associate to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates looking to build a career in payment operations.

Role and Responsibilities

- Track consultant timesheets and attendance.
- Coordinate with consultants regarding timesheet submissions and compliance.
- Assist in employee engagement activities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Assist in invoice preparation and client billing.




- Track accounts receivable (AR) and follow up on payments.
- Maintain vendor records and payment tracking.
- Support bank reconciliation and expense tracking.
- Maintain basic financial records and reports.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel).

Preferred Skills

- Basic accounting concepts.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
- Willingness to take relevant training or certifications.
