Role Description The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, preparing and maintaining ledgers, and ensuring accurate recording of income and expenses.

Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, handling accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities. The role involves ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations, supporting internal and external audits,



and generating periodic financial reports for management. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, requiring close coordination with internal teams and timely support for financial decision-making.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping practices, and financial reporting standards.

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar) and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.

- Experience managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.

- Understanding of tax regulations, compliance requirements, and basic audit support processes.

- Excellent numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to maintain accurate financial records.

- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in an on-site environment.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.

- Prior experience in a consulting, recruitment, or service-oriented organization is beneficial.
