Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Bengaluru. The Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting activities, including posting journal entries, maintaining ledgers, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring accurate recording of all financial transactions.

The role includes preparing invoices, processing payments, managing accounts payable and receivable, and supporting month-end and year-end closing. The Accountant will assist in preparing financial reports, analyzing variances,



and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations. Collaboration with internal teams, auditors, and vendors will be required to support smooth financial operations and timely reporting.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, general ledger management, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel for data entry, reconciliation, and analysis.
- Familiarity with Indian taxation, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and suggest corrective actions.
- Effective communication skills and capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; qualified certifications (CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or fixtures-related industry is beneficial but not mandatory.
