SK Tool & Design Solution is an engineering and manufacturing company based in Bawana Industrial Area, Delhi, specializing in plastic mould development, tool & die manufacturing, precision machining and product development.

Our manufacturing operations include mould design, CAD/3D modelling, VMC, CNC, EDM/WEDM, grinding, fitting and mould assembly. We work across the complete manufacturing cycle, from design and tooling to machining and final assembly.

We are looking for an Accountant who can independently manage day-to-day accounting activities while understanding the specific requirements of a manufacturing and toolroom business.

Job Summary The Accountant will be responsible for managing the company's day-to-day accounts, financial documentation, GST-related work, purchase and sales accounting, vendor/customer accounts, inventory-related accounting and manufacturing cost records.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in accounting and preferably understand manufacturing-sector accounting, including raw materials, job work, production expenses, purchases, inventory and vendor management.

Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral Accounting

- Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting records.
- Record purchase, sales, expenses, receipts and payments.
- Maintain cash book, bank book, ledger and journal entries.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile customer and vendor accounts.
- Perform regular bank reconciliation.
- Maintain proper financial documentation and supporting records.





Manufacturing Accounts
- Maintain accounting records related to raw materials, components and consumables.
- Record and track manufacturing-related purchases and expenses.
- Maintain job work and subcontracting accounts.
- Track vendor bills related to machining, tooling, material and manufacturing services.
- Assist in monitoring production costs and job-wise expenses.
- Coordinate with the production/store team for purchase and inventory-related records.
- Maintain records for material purchases, stock movement and consumption.
- Support costing and profitability analysis for manufacturing jobs/projects.

GST & Compliance
- Handle GST accounting and documentation.
- Verify purchase and sales invoices.
- Maintain proper HSN/SAC and GST records.
- Assist with GSTR-related data preparation and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with external CA/tax consultants for statutory compliance.
- Ensure accounting records are maintained accurately for audits and tax requirements.

Purchase & Sales Accounts
- Verify purchase invoices against orders/material received.
- Record supplier invoices and payments.
- Prepare and maintain sales invoices.
- Track outstanding customer payments.
- Follow up on receivables when required.
- Maintain vendor and customer ledgers.

Reporting & Management Support
- Prepare periodic MIS reports for management.
- Provide information on receivables, payables,



expenses and cash flow.
- Assist management with costing and financial analysis.
- Maintain organized accounting files and supporting documents.
- Identify discrepancies and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Experience with manufacturing accounts preferred.
- Knowledge of GST and basic taxation.
- Experience with Tally / Tally Prime or similar accounting software.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Understanding of purchase, sales, inventory and vendor accounting.
- Ability to handle accounts independently.
- Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Understanding of manufacturing/job-work accounting will be an advantage.

Qualification B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) / equivalent qualification.

Experience

2–5 years of relevant accounting experience preferred, particularly candidates with experience in:

- Manufacturing companies
- Tool & die companies
- Engineering companies
- Plastic manufacturing
- Industrial manufacturing
- Job-work businesses

Candidates with solid accounting knowledge and relevant manufacturing-sector exposure may also be considered.

Salary

₹25,000 per month
