Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with 1–3 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST, TDS, P&L; preparation, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.

The candidate will handle day-to-day accounting activities, maintain books of accounts, perform reconciliations, prepare reports, and support month-end and year-end closing.

Key Responsibilities

- Record daily sales, purchase, receipt, and payment transactions
- Maintain general ledger, journals, and books of accounts
- Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations
- Review accounts for errors and discrepancies
- Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L;) statements
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing
- Handle GST and TDS-related accounting work
- Maintain financial records for audit purposes
- Prepare reports using MS Excel
- Use VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, and data validation
- Coordinate with CA/auditor when required




- Support accounting activities for 2 or more branches

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping
- B.Com / M.Com / Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
- Knowledge of Tally or other accounting software
- Good MS Excel skills
- Knowledge of P&L;, bookkeeping, reconciliation, AP & AR
- Basic knowledge of GST and TDS
- Valuable understanding of accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently
