About the Role

Kyte Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant with 1-2 years of experience, preferably with hands-on experience in Tally ERP/ Tally Prime. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, and supporting the finance and accounts function.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally ERP.
- Record purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
- Handle bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting-related activities.
- Verify bills, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Assist in monthly closing and preparation of basic financial reports.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors,



and customers regarding accounting-related queries.
- Assist senior management/accounting team with MIS reports and other finance-related tasks.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting entries and records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting.
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP / Tally Prime is required.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate A candidate who is organized, willing to learn, and capable of independently handling routine accounting activities with minimal supervision will be preferred. Salary: depending on experience and skills.
