Department: Finance & Accounts

Location: Mumbai

Reporting To: Finance Manager / Accounts Head

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) activities, including invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, payment coordination, and maintaining vendor records.
- Perform GST-related activities, including preparation of GST workings, reconciliations, and support in GST return filing.
- Handle TDS-related activities, including TDS calculations, deductions, reconciliations, and return-related workings.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Assist in month-end closing activities, including GL scrutiny, accruals, provisions, and other accounting adjustments.
- Prepare monthly MIS and other financial reports as required by management.
- Assist in variance analysis and preparation of relevant financial workings.




- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide necessary documents and information.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for accounting and statutory compliance.
- Ensure timely completion of accounting, GST, TDS, and other finance-related activities.
- Support the Finance Manager / Accounts Head in day-to-day financial and accounting requirements.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

- Hands-on experience in SAP is mandatory.
- Strong experience in Accounts Payable (AP) is mandatory.
- Practical experience in GST and TDS is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and day-to-day accounting processes.
- Experience in reconciliation and month-end closing activities.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in SAP + Accounts Payable + GST + TDS will be preferred.
- Candidates from CA Firms, Consulting Firms, Professional Services, or Corporate Finance & Accounts teams will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
