Job Title: Accountant – Cloth Trading / Textiles

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 a month

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Accountant with strong expertise in Busy Accounting Software to manage daily billing, inventory tracking, and GST returns for our cloth trading business.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily sales, purchase, and general ledger entries using Busy Accounting Software.
- Manage multi-unit fabric stock (meterage, roll counts, cut-pieces, damaged goods, and stock transfers) in Busy.
- Handle Accounts Receivable/Payable and track outstanding balances with aging reports.
- Calculate broker/agent commissions, transport/freight charges, and debit/credit notes.
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), e-Way bills,



and TDS calculations through Busy.
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations (BRS) and stock audits.

Requirements
- Education: B.Com or equivalent in Finance/Accounting.
- Experience: 2–4 years of accounting experience in cloth trading / textile wholesale.
- Software: Expert hands-on proficiency in Busy Accounting Software is required. (MS Excel skills like VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables are a plus).
- Strong knowledge of textile HSN codes, GST rates, and agent-broker payment structures.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
