Job Title: Junior Accountant / Accounts Assistant

Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent, detail-oriented, and eager-to-learn Junior Accountant / Accounts Assistant to support our finance department in daily bookkeeping, invoicing, ledger maintenance, and statutory compliances. This entry-to-junior-level position is ideal for candidates looking to build a solid career in corporate accounting or CA firm environments.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Day-to-Day Bookkeeping & Data Entry
- Execute daily accounting entries in ERP software, including purchases, sales, bank payments, receipts, and journal vouchers.
- Maintain and update party ledgers, cash books, and petty cash records.
- Assist in raising customer invoices and processing vendor bills.
- Reconciliation & Audits Preparation
- Perform regular Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
- Assist senior accountants in gathering documents, ledger scrutiny, and preparing files for monthly/annual statutory audits.
- Taxation & Compliance Support
- Assist in gathering data for monthly GST (GSTR-1/GSTR-3B) and TDS returns filing.
- Help ensure proper documentation for PF, ESI, and other basic statutory requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements





- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), MBA (Finance), or Semi-Qualified CA/CMA Inter.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping, CA firm articleship/internship, or corporate accounts.
- Technical Skills:
- Practical knowledge of Tally Prime / TallyERP9, Zoho Books, or basic ERP software.
- Proficiency in basic MS Excel (spreadsheets, basic formulas) and Word.
- Basic familiarity with GST and taxation concepts.
- Key Competencies:
- Strong foundational understanding of accounting principles.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in numerical data entry.
- Valuable communication skills (English and local languages like Hindi/Telugu).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
