Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Hyderabad. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.

The role involves preparing and reviewing invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with monthly and annual closing, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities. The Accountant will ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, taxation rules, and internal policies,



as well as prepare financial reports and statements for management review. Collaboration with internal teams, auditors, and external partners will be required to support smooth financial operations and timely reporting.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong core accounting skills, including general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliation.
- Candidates should possess skills in financial reporting and analysis, including preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of taxation and regulatory compliance, including GST, TDS, and other relevant statutory requirements.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, with the ability to work with spreadsheets, financial models, and ERP systems.
- Candidates should possess attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and strong organizational skills to handle multiple transactions and deadlines.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, vendors, and auditors.
- Relevant educational background such as a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is preferred; qualified certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in corporate accounting, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or power solutions industries, will be beneficial.
