Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Indore. The Accountant will manage daily bookkeeping activities, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling accounts.

Typical responsibilities include preparing invoices, processing payments, managing petty cash, and assisting with monthly and annual closing. The role involves preparing financial reports, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies.



The Accountant will collaborate with internal teams to monitor budgets, control costs, and provide accurate financial data to support decision-making.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems) and MS Excel for data entry and analysis.
- Ability to manage accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
- Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and solid organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage.
- Experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore and manage full-time working hours reliably.
