Job Title: Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial records, billing, expenses, and documentation. The candidate should be comfortable working with accounts software and Excel and should maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare invoices, bills, receipts, and payment records.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Record project expenses, purchases, and material payments.
- Maintain cash and bank transactions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
- Track customer payments and outstanding amounts.
- Verify supplier bills and payment details.
- Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions.
- Coordinate with management, suppliers, customers, and project teams regarding accounts.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.




- Maintain employee salary and payment records.
- Ensure all accounting entries are accurate and up to date.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by management.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of accounting principles.
- Working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Knowledge of GST and basic taxation.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Valuable communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / equivalent qualification preferred.
- Previous experience in accounting is preferred.

Experience 0–3 years of relevant experience. Freshers

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
