Accounts Executive – Accounts Receivable

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Sales Invoicing – Wholesale & Retail
- Prepare and process sales invoices for wholesale and retail transactions.
- Verify invoice details, customer information, quantities, rates, taxes, and applicable discounts.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing as per company procedures.
- E-Invoice & E-Way Bill
- Generate and maintain E-Invoices and E-Way Bills for applicable transactions.
- Verify the accuracy of GST, customer, transportation, and invoice details.
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements.
- Jewellery Return Process
- Process jewellery returns received from customers/dealers.
- Verify return documents, invoice details, quantity, weight, and other relevant details.
- Coordinate with the concerned departments for return approval, documentation, and accounting entries.
- Maintain proper records of all jewellery return transactions.
- Preparation of Accounts Receivable Reports
- Prepare regular Accounts Receivable reports.
- Monitor customer outstanding balances and ageing.




- Provide details of overdue receivables and pending collections to the concerned team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer receivable records.
- Monthly Receivable Ledger Reconciliation
- Perform monthly reconciliation of customer receivable ledgers.
- Verify invoices, receipts, credit notes, debit notes, and adjustments.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in customer accounts.
- Ensure the receivable ledger is accurate and properly reconciled at the end of each month.
- General Accounts Receivable Support
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of receivable-related records.
- Coordinate with sales, customers, and internal departments regarding outstanding payments and account-related queries.
- Assist the Accounts Manager/Senior Accountant with monthly closing and other accounts-related activities.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
