Job Title: Senior Accountant / Accounts Manager – Tally Prime

Surabhi Oil Industries, the manufacturer of Sourabha Coconut Oil, is looking for an experienced accountant who can independently manage accounts, oversee billing and support daily office operations.

Your responsibilities will include

- Maintain accurate accounts in Tally Prime, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments and expenses.
- Handle bank reconciliation, supplier payments and customer outstanding balances.
- Oversee invoicing and reconcile stock records with physical inventory.
- Reconcile e-commerce settlements, courier charges and COD remittances.
- Prepare GST-related records and coordinate with our tax consultant for timely filings.
- Prepare monthly reports covering sales, expenses, receivables, payables and cash flow.




- Coordinate with billing, sales and dispatch staff to resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Maintain organised financial records and follow up on pending work.

We are looking for someone with:
- Proven accounting experience and robust practical knowledge of Tally Prime.
- The ability to manage accounts independently and take responsibility for accuracy and deadlines.
- Working knowledge of GST invoicing, bank reconciliation and inventory accounting.
- Good Excel skills and explicit communication.
- A dependable approach to handling confidential financial information.

A B.Com or related qualification is preferred. Experience in manufacturing, trading or e-commerce accounting will be an advantage. Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
