Assist in research and development activities for current API/products and processes.
Conduct laboratory experiments, trials, and analytical evaluations under supervision.
Support process optimization, yield improvement, and cost-reduction initiatives.
Maintain accurate laboratory records, experimental data, and technical reports.
Assist in technology transfer and scale-up activities from laboratory to pilot/production scale.
Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and other cross-functional teams.
Follow applicable GMP, safety, environmental, and company procedures.
Investigate experimental deviations and support root-cause analysis.
Review technical literature, patents, and relevant scientific information.
Prepare and maintain R&D; documentation, SOPs, reports, and batch/process records.
Ensure protected handling of chemicals, equipment, and laboratory materials.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
