Job Summary

We are looking for an IPQA Executive / Senior IPQA Executive to manage in-process quality assurance activities across manufacturing and packaging operations.

Key Responsibilities
Perform line clearance for manufacturing and packing.
Monitor processes as per BMR and SOPs.
Conduct in-process checks for pH, viscosity, temperature and appearance.
Ensure GMP, hygiene and safety compliance.
Verify weighing, dispensing and raw material usage.
Monitor filling, labelling, coding and packaging.
Review BMR, BPR, logbooks and production records.
Identify and report deviations and non-conformities.
Coordinate with Production and QC.
Support CAPA and continuous improvement.





Qualification & Experience
B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy or related field.
1–4 years of experience in IPQA/QA.
Valuable knowledge of GMP, SOPs, GDP and quality documentation.
Experience in BMR/BPR review and in-process quality checks.
Valuable analytical and coordination skills.

Location: Palghar Kolgaon

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
