Quality Control Executive – AAC Blocks |
Raw Material Inspection – Check quality of fly ash, cement, lime, gypsum, aluminium powder, water and other inputs.
Batch & Slurry Control – Monitor mix proportions, slurry density, flow, temperature and casting parameters.
Green Cake Inspection – Check rising, cracks, holes, cake height and cutting readiness.
Cutting Quality – Monitor cutting accuracy, dimensions, wire condition and cutting-related wastage.
Autoclave Monitoring – Verify autoclave temperature, pressure, cycle time and batch records.
Finished Block Testing – Check density, dimensions, moisture, appearance and compressive strength.
Defect Control – Identify quality defects, determine root causes and coordinate corrective actions with Production.




Batch Approval – Inspect and approve/reject batches before dispatch; ensure non-conforming blocks are segregated.
QC Documentation – Maintain daily QC reports, test records, rejection records, calibration records and laboratory reports.
Standards & Customer Complaints – Ensure compliance with applicable BIS specifications and investigate customer quality complaints.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
