Position: Real Estate Sales Executive

Location: Vapi, Gujarat

Experience: 4–5 years of relevant Real Estate Sales experience is mandatory

Job Responsibilities:
Generate and manage property sales leads.
Handle client enquiries, follow-ups, and site visits.
Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans to customers.
Convert leads into bookings and achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Negotiate with customers and coordinate the complete sales process.
Maintain sales reports and customer records.

Requirements:
4–5 years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales.
Robust communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Positive knowledge of the Vapi/Valsad real estate market preferred.
Target-oriented with robust follow-up skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
