Position: Civil Quality Engineer

Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. – Civil Engineering

Experience: 2–5 Years

Project: Shakkar Pench Link Combined Project (SPLCP)

ProjectType: Irrigation / Pressurised MS Pipeline Project Project

Location: Project sites within approximately 100 km radius surrounding Hard Dam, Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh

Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor QA/QC activities for civil and pipeline works at site.
Conduct inspections for trenching, excavation, bedding, pipe laying, backfilling and compaction.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, ITP, FQP, Method Statements and project requirements.
Prepare and maintain RFI, inspection checklists, test reports, QA/QC records and DPR/QA-QC DPR.
Coordinate with Client, Consultant, Site Engineers, Surveyors and Testing Agencies for inspections and approvals.
Verify material quality, test certificates and field/laboratory test results.
Coordinate with the survey team for alignment, chainage, levels, TBM/RL and measurement verification.
Monitor FDT/soil compaction, concrete works and other applicable civil tests.




Identify quality issues/non-conformities and coordinate for corrective actions.
Maintain proper documentation and support project quality compliance and handover documentation.

Valuable knowledge of Civil QA/QC procedures
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
Knowledge of relevant IS Codes and project specifications
Valuable documentation, communication and site coordination skills

Preferred / Added Advantage
Experience in irrigation/pipeline projects
Experience with MS, DI or HDPE pipelines
Knowledge of pipeline trenching, laying, jointing and backfilling
Experience in hydrostatic pressure testing
Knowledge of FDT, soil testing and compaction
Experience with ITP, FQP, Method Statements, RFI and NCR
Knowledge of Power BI / MS Project will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
