Position: Receptionist cum Course Coordinator

Salary: 12k-15k

Location: Dabhoi- Waghodia road Vadodara

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any stream

What You’ll Do
Manage front desk & reception activities
Handle student & parent inquiries
Coordinate AI & Robotics courses, batches & schedules
Follow up on admissions & enrollments
Maintain records, reports & databases
Assist with events, workshops & marketing activities
Ensure an excellent student/parent experience





What We’re Looking For: Robust communication & interpersonal skills

Excellent coordination & organizational abilities

Proficiency in MS Office & Google Workspace

Basic CRM knowledge

Experience in a school/educational institute is a plus
