Skyline Adventure Arena is hiring a Receptionist, Sales Executive and Personal Manager for our location in Kufri, Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. We are looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused graduate who can manage the front desk, assist visitors and convert enquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome visitors and provide a professional, helpful reception experience.
Handle walk-in, telephone and online enquiries about activities, packages, pricing and availability.
Explain suitable packages, follow up on enquiries and support booking and sales targets.
Manage reservations, ticketing, billing and payments accurately, and maintain daily records.
Coordinate group visits, events and bookings with the operations team.
Communicate arena rules and safety instructions clearly, and refer activity-specific questions to trained staff.
Resolve routine customer concerns politely and escalate issues when required.
Maintain an organised reception area and accurate customer and sales records.

Qualifications and Requirements
Graduate / bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Minimum 6 months of experience in reception, front-office operations, customer service or sales.




Good verbal and written communication skills; ability to assist customers in Hindi and English.
A courteous, qualified manner and strong customer-service skills.
Basic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets and booking or billing systems.
Confidence in explaining services, following up with customers and closing sales ethically.
Valuable organisation, attention to detail, numeracy and ability to multitask during busy periods.
Ability to work collaboratively with the operations team.
Availability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
Ability to commute reliably to the Kufri workplace.

Experience in hospitality, tourism, leisure or an adventure/recreation facility will be an advantage.

Job type: Full time, in person.
Location: Kufri, Shimla, Himachal Pradesh.
Salary: ₹15,000–₹30,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
