Working Days: Alternate Saturdays off & working Saturdays are WFH
Job Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, references and other platforms.
Screen, interview and shortlist candidates.
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups.
Handle salary negotiations and offer closures.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines and databases.
Requirements
Experience in recruitment, staffing or consultancy hiring.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong follow-up, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
