– Talent Recruiter / Recruitment ExecutiveWe are looking for a Recruitment Executive / Talent Recruiter who can help us identify, source, and recruit skilled and semi-skilled candidates, particularly for blue-collar and technical positions.

Key Responsibilities:
Source and recruit skilled workers through job portals, social media, local networks, references, and other channels.
Focus particularly on technical roles such as CNC Router Operators, Printing Machine Operators, Signage Fabricators, Letter Sign Makers, Acrylic/SS Letter Makers, Installers, Welders, and Helpers.
Screen candidates based on their skills and previous work experience.
Coordinate interviews and practical skill tests with the concerned department.




Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for future requirements.
Develop contacts and networks for finding skilled manpower locally as well as from outside J&K.;
Follow up with selected candidates until joining.

Candidate Requirements: Positive communication and networking skills, experience in recruitment/manpower sourcing preferred, and the ability to independently find skilled technical workers. Experience recruiting for printing, signage, fabrication, manufacturing, construction, or similar industries will be an advantage. Job Type: Part time
