Develop and maintain the hospital’s Quality Management System (QMS).
Coordinate implementation and monitoring of NABH standards and other applicable accreditation requirements.
Monitor quality indicators, patient-safety indicators, and clinical/non-clinical KPIs.
Conduct regular internal quality audits and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Identify quality gaps, risks, and prospects for improvement.
Investigate and document patient complaints, incidents, adverse events, and near misses.
Coordinate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for significant incidents.
Prepare quality reports, dashboards, and presentations for hospital management.
Organize and participate in quality committee meetings and follow up on action points.
Ensure proper documentation, SOPs, policies, forms, and quality records.
Conduct staff training on quality, patient safety,



infection prevention, documentation, and accreditation standards.
Monitor compliance with hospital policies and standard operating procedures.
Coordinate with clinical, nursing, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, infection-control, HR, and support departments.
Monitor patient feedback and service-quality trends.
Support infection control and patient-safety initiatives.
Assist during NABH/accreditation assessments and external audits.
Track departmental improvement projects and verify their effectiveness.
Promote a culture of continuous quality improvement and patient safety throughout the hospital.
