JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Visit customers for payment/recovery follow-up.
Collect pending payments as per company guidelines.
Maintain proper records of collections and customer interactions.
Follow up with customers through phone calls and field visits.
Submit daily collection and visit reports.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Achieve assigned collection targets.
QUALIFICATION
10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma / Any Degree
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
