Lenskart is looking for an HR Intern to support our recruitment team in managing hiring activities for retail stores.

Key Responsibilities
Handle bulk hiring for Sales Associate and Store Manager positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring and joining process.
Support the HR team in achieving daily and monthly hiring targets.

Requirements
Prior experience in bulk hiring / recruitment will be preferred.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple candidates and recruitment activities simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.
Comfortable working in a target-oriented workplace.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
