Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Recruiter to join our team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with recruitment portals such as Shine and Naukri, and will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This is a back-office desk job that requires solid organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding.
Portal Management: Utilize Shine, Naukri, and other recruitment portals to source candidates effectively.
Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews.
Stakeholder Collaboration:



Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide updates on the hiring process.
Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment metrics.
Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up with candidates and provide feedback throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in sales recruitment.
Familiarity with recruitment portals like Shine and Naukri.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in MS Office and recruitment software.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
