Division: EPD Established Pharma
Nature of Role: Non-sales, field-based scientific support and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Research &
Trials:
Direct and oversee phase III &
IV human clinical trials, contribute to clinical protocols, and monitor adherence.
Investigator Management: Recruit clinical investigators, negotiate study designs and costs, and oversee investigator-initiated studies.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals (physicians, nurses, pharmacists), and medical societies.
Safety &
Compliance:
Participate in adverse event reporting, monitor safety responsibilities, and ensure alignment with regulatory guidelines.
Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and pharmacovigilance teams to deliver scientific presentations and medical projects.
Qualifications &
Skills
Education: Graduate or Post-Graduate Medical Degree (MBBS/MD) or degrees in Pharmacology/Allied Sciences.
Experience: Experience working in medical affairs within the pharmaceutical or healthcare workplace.
Core Skills: Solid scientific acumen, excellent communication and presentation skills, and familiarity with clinical trial regulations.
