Job Title: Accounts Manager – OOH / DOOH Advertising

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially aware Accounts Manager with experience in the Out-of-Home (OOH) / Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) advertising industry. The role requires strong financial oversight, revenue tracking capabilities, and coordination across Sales, Operations, and Acquisition teams to ensure financial discipline and reporting accuracy.

The ideal candidate must understand media billing cycles, site-wise revenue tracking, vendor settlements, and compliance frameworks applicable to advertising operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including receivables, payables, and reconciliations
- Monitor site-wise revenue tracking for OOH & DOOH inventory
- Oversee client billing cycles, credit control, and collections follow-up
- Handle vendor payments including landlords, media partners, and contractors
- Prepare monthly MIS reports for management review
- Ensure GST, TDS, and statutory compliance within timelines
- Coordinate with Sales for campaign billing validations




- Support contract-based financial evaluations for new acquisitions
- Conduct internal financial controls and documentation audits
- Liaise with auditors and external consultants

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong understanding of media billing & revenue recognition
- Experience in OOH / DOOH or advertising industry preferred
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software (Zoho Books / Tally / ERP systems)
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, reconciliation, reporting dashboards)
- Ability to manage multiple projects with structured follow-up

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Finance
- CA Inter / MBA Finance preferred
- 5–8 years of relevant experience (Advertising / Media industry preferred)
- Experience handling high-volume billing and vendor management
