Role Description The Account Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based at Keerthi Engineering Works in Bengaluru. The role involves managing existing customer accounts, maintaining strong relationships, and serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and orders.

Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery, preparing quotes, tracking order status, and resolving any issues related to product quality or service.

The Account

Manager will identify opportunities for account growth, follow up on leads,



and support the development of long-term contracts with industrial clients. This position also requires maintaining accurate records, preparing basic sales and account reports, and supporting management with insights on customer needs and market trends.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to manage customer accounts, build relationships, and handle client communication professionally.
- Experience in coordinating with internal teams such as production, logistics, or sales to fulfill customer requirements.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in order tracking and documentation.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing or industrial products; exposure to CNC machinery or machine components is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for preparing quotes, reports, and maintaining account records.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages used in Bengaluru is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced workplace and collaborate with diverse team members.
- Diploma or degree in business, commerce, engineering, or a related field preferred; relevant experience in account management or customer service can be considered in place of formal education.
