Key Responsibilities

- Finance & MIS (Primary Focus)
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports in Excel.
- Track and update operational and logistics expenses.
- Assist in invoice verification and reconciliation.
- Maintain expense trackers and financial records.
- Analyze Cost-to-Sales (%) and other basic business metrics.
- Support management with data analysis and reporting.
- Basic Logistics Support
- Maintain logistics cost trackers.
- Update shipment and delivery reports.




- Maintain 3PL dispute trackers.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for follow-ups.
- Assist in resolving billing discrepancies.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Must know:
- Pivot Tables
- VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- SUMIF/SUMIFS
- Basic formulas
- Data formatting
- Basic understanding of:

What are we looking for We are looking for a Finance & MIS Intern with strong Excel skills and basic understanding of finance and accounting. The intern will assist in preparing MIS reports, tracking expenses, supporting invoice reconciliation, and maintaining logistics-related financial data.
