We are hiring a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our CA firm at Nariman Point. The role involves managing end-to-end accounting operations, statutory compliances, audit support, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to GST, TDS, and core accounting functions using Tally.

- Day to day accounting in Tallly ERP software
- Assisting in preparation of GST, TDS, PT & other statutory Returns.
- Preparing Bank reconciliations on daily/monthly / quarterly basis.
- Monitoring of proper accounting of payments and processing of cheque accurately and on time.
- Handling Form 16, 16A
- Passing entries and maintaining company & Family investment.




- Maintaining KYC for the company & all the partners.
- Checking of Reimbursement vouchers & passing entries of expenses in tally.
- Assisting in Finalization of accounts & tax Audits

Requirements

- B.Com / M.Com (CA Inter or CMA Inter preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation laws
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP / Tally Prime
- Experience in GST return filing, TDS compliance, and reconciliations
- Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting and month-end closing
- Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis)
- Experience in audit support and statutory compliance
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ethics, professionalism, and ownership mindset

Preferred Skills

- Experience in CA firm environment
- Exposure to audit and taxation assignments
- Ability to independently manage client accounting work
