Position: Accounts Executive

Department: Accounts & Finance

Experience: 2–5 Years

Education: B.Com / B.Com (Hons) preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and records in Tally.
- Prepare and maintain Excel reports, statements, and reconciliations.
- Handle GST entries, reconciliation, and related documentation.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and compliance.
- Maintain purchase/sales invoices, payment records, and supporting documents.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and monthly closing activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for accounts-related requirements.

Required Skills

- Tally – Mandatory
- MS Excel – Mandatory
- BASIC working knowledge of GST & TDS
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Valuable attention to detail and accuracy.
- Prior experience in manufacturing/company accounts will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
