Role Description The Academic Manager will oversee the academic operations, ensuring high-quality instruction and consistent learning outcomes for students. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, responsible for managing teacher performance, allocating classes, and monitoring student progress.

The Academic

Manager will coordinate curriculum implementation, review lesson plans, and ensure alignment with ICSE, CBSE, and ISC standards. The role includes conducting academic audits, facilitating teacher training, maintaining communication with parents and guardians, and resolving academic concerns.

Manager will also analyze academic data, recommend improvements, and collaborate with leadership to enhance overall academic quality.

Qualifications

- Solid Educational Management and Education background, with experience overseeing academic programs or teaching teams.

- Ability to design, review, and refine Curriculum Development processes aligned with ICSE, CBSE, and ISC standards.

- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with teachers, students, and parents, and for handling academic queries and feedback.

- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret academic performance data, identify trends, and implement data-driven improvements.

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Education or a related field, with prior experience in school, coaching, or tutoring environments.

- Proven organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple academic priorities on-site in Kolkata.

- Experience in teacher training, mentoring, or quality assurance in an educational setting is highly beneficial.
