We are looking for an experienced Academic Counselor to handle student enquiries and promote our software and IT courses.
Responsibilities
- Counsel students and understand their career goals.
- Explain software courses, fees, duration, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions.
- Handle calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and walk-in enquiries.
- Achieve monthly course enrollment targets.
- Maintain lead and follow-up records.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Academic Counselling, Education Sales, EdTech Sales, or Course Sales.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Experience in software/IT course sales is preferred.
- Strong follow-up and lead conversion skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
