Key Responsibilities Counsel students regarding MBA/PGDM programs, colleges, and career opportunities. Understand student requirements and recommend suitable colleges. Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings.
Generate, manage, and follow up with prospective student leads. Maintain robust relationships with students throughout the admission process. Assist students with the complete admission journey. Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead information.
