KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle student inquiries and provide detailed information about available courses and programs.

- Achieve admission targets by converting inquiries into enrolments.

- Maintain and update student inquiry and admission records accurately.

- Coordinate with faculty and administrative teams for smooth admission processes.

- Address student queries and provide timely support during the admission process.

- Assist in organizing orientation sessions and admission-related events.

- Manage day-to-day office activities and ensure smooth operations.

- Monitor office supplies, stationery and other required materials.

- Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, safety and proper functioning of the workplace.

- Perform additional administrative responsibilities assigned by Management.

Qualification

- Minimum Graduate qualification in any relevant discipline.

- Additional qualifications in Administration,



Marketing, Counselling, or related fields will be an advantage.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal and counselling skills.

- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.

- Valuable organizational and record-keeping skills.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet admission targets.

- Professional attitude and customer/student-oriented approach.

Experience

- 1–2 years of experience in admissions, counselling, front office, administration, or a similar role is preferred.

- Freshers with good communication and interpersonal skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
