Digitals Journey is looking for an Academic Counsellor & Sales Closer to manage student enquiries and drive admissions for one of our EdTech clients, Easy2Learning.

We’re looking for someone who can do more than just make calls. The ideal candidate should be able to understand students’ academic goals, diagnose their preparation-related challenges, identify their needs, and guide them towards the right learning solution.

? Key Responsibilities

- Connect with incoming student enquiries and manage leads through the counselling process.
- Understand students’ academic backgrounds, preparation levels, career goals, and challenges related to JELET and engineering entrance preparation.
- Identify key obstacles, such as weak technical concepts, lack of a structured study plan, difficulty with consistency, or uncertainty about the right preparation strategy.
- Conduct need-based counselling calls and explain how Easy2Learning’s programs align with the student’s requirements.
- Address questions and objections related to course fees, preparation timelines, program structure, and learning support.




- Follow up consistently with interested students and guide them through the admission process.
- Maintain accurate lead records, track follow-ups, and report counselling outcomes.

- ? Who We’re Looking For

- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- The ability to understand student concerns and ask the right diagnostic questions.
- A consultative approach to counselling, rather than aggressive selling.
- Confidence in handling objections and guiding decision-making.
- Good follow-up discipline and the ability to manage a lead pipeline.
- Prior experience in educational counselling, EdTech sales, admissions, or inside sales is preferred.
