Roles & Responsibilities

- Counsel students and understand their educational and career requirements.
- Recommend suitable courses and programs based on students' interests and goals.
- Handle student enquiries and leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Explain course details, fees, duration, eligibility, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
- Convert enquiries and leads into successful admissions.
- Guide students throughout the admission and enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Achieve assigned counselling and admission targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth student admission experience.

Requirements





- 2–5 years of experience in Academic Counselling, Education Sales, Admissions, Student

Counselling, or a related field.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good counselling and convincing skills.
- Sales and lead-conversion experience will be an advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple student enquiries and follow-ups.
- Comfortable communicating through phone, WhatsApp, email, and face-to-face.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Qualification

- Any Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Experience in the education/training industry is preferred.
