Job Responsibilities

- Office Administration
- Handling walk-ins, telephonic inquiries
- Counselling the inquiries & handling queries and convincing them to enrolling for the training.
- Handling sales process such as lead generation,



inquiry, counselling, follow-up, sales closing
- Make outbound calls to students and working professionals and explain IT training programs, courses, batches, and career opportunities to generate prospective leads.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective students.
- Maintain lead and follow-up records.
- Responsible for day-to-day office handling and operations.
- Maintaining of daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Expansion of business through counselling & more enrolments of students
- Achieve monthly calling and admission targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Any Graduate / Post Graduate preferably in marketing/sales
- Good communication skills in Marathi, English and Hindi/Regional Language.
- Confident and positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive convincing and counselling skills.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

Salary & Benefits Salary: As per industry standards + Attractive Incentives
