Role Description The Academic Coach is a full-time, on-site role based in Haryana, India. This role focuses on supporting schools in effectively implementing LEAD Group’s Integrated School Edtech System through regular school visits, classroom observations, and teacher mentoring.

The Academic

Coach will guide teachers in using LEAD content and tools, facilitate training sessions and workshops, and provide constructive feedback to improve instructional practices and student outcomes. The role also includes reviewing academic performance data,



identifying learning gaps, and collaborating with school leadership to design improvement plans.

Coach will document progress, share best practices, and coordinate closely with internal LEAD teams to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of academic programs.

Qualifications

- Strong instructional and coaching skills, including experience in classroom teaching, teacher training, and academic mentoring.
- Ability to use data and assessment results to identify learning gaps, plan interventions, and track academic progress.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teachers, school leaders, and internal teams.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple school engagements, training sessions, and reporting responsibilities.
- Comfort with educational technology platforms and digital tools, with readiness to learn new systems quickly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; a B.Ed or equivalent teaching qualification is preferred.
- Experience working in K-12 schools, preferably in the Indian education context, and familiarity with curriculum and pedagogy.
- Willingness to travel within Haryana for school visits and the ability to work primarily on-site.
