We're Hiring: Academic Executive / Manager

Makoons Play School is looking for experienced candidates from a Preschool/Play School background to join our Academics Team . The candidate will be responsible for supporting academic operations, conducting teacher training, and ensuring consistent academic standards across Makoons centres.

The role will primarily be work-from-home , with regular travel to Makoons centres across Kanpur, Prayagraj, Lucknow, and nearby locations as required.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular teacher training, workshops, and academic sessions across Makoons centres.
- Support implementation of the Makoons curriculum and academic guidelines.
- Visit centres regularly to monitor academic quality and classroom practices.
- Coordinate with Centre Heads, teachers, and franchise teams.
- Conduct academic audits and identify areas requiring improvement.
- Guide teachers on lesson planning, classroom management, activities, and teaching practices.
- Support new centres with academic setup and implementation.




- Prepare centre visit reports and share observations/action points with the Academics Team.
- Coordinate with the Head Office Academics Team for academic requirements and improvements.
- Travel to assigned Makoons centres for training, audits, and academic support.

Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Education or a relevant field.
- Preschool/Play School experience is mandatory.
- Experience in academic coordination, teacher training, school administration, or preschool academics preferred.
- Strong knowledge of preschool teaching methodologies and classroom practices.
- Excellent communication, training, coordination, and presentation skills.
- Solid leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Candidate should be based in Kanpur, Prayagraj, or Lucknow .
- Comfortable with Work From Home + regular travel to Makoons centres .
- Personal laptop is mandatory.

Position Level Academic Executive / Assistant Manager / Manager – The designation will be decided based on the candidate's experience, skills, and relevant preschool background .
